In the southwestern corner of Ihlow Forrest there is a small swamp. On stormy nights, people have witnessed a strange flame that flickers above the ground. Some say that it’s the jack-o`-lantern in memory of a sinful priest.

Many years ago a small chapel was situated there. All of the locals – including the girls – had to go there and confess, but the priest was an evil man; cruel and cold. He stole from people, attacked walkers and even did improper things with the girls. One day, he went too far, the sky went dark and the Earth decided to avenge the poor woman. Opening beneath his feet, the ground swallowed up the priest and his devilish chapel, condemning him to Hell’s fire… a fire that can still be seen on a stormy night.
